Our bar is a social space where guests can grab a drink, relax, and connect. We're looking for someone who can provide great service, create a fun atmosphere, and bring their personality to every shift. Duties & Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive service to hotel guests and bar patrons. Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Engage with guests and provide recommendations on drinks and menu items. Verify IDs and follow responsible alcohol-service requirements. Operate the POS system and accurately handle cash, credit card, and room charge transactions. Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready throughout the shift. Complete opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and cash reconciliation. Wash and sanitize glassware, bar equipment, counters, and other work areas. Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management. Work with the rest of the hotel team to provide a positive guest experience. Follow all hotel, Marriott, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-service policies. Assist with other hotel duties as needed. Qualifications Previous bartending, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Must be 18 years or older. Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, social environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude with a willingness to engage with guests. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move supplies as needed. Schedule This position includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
