PAID SERVSAFE AND STATE LICENSE FEE

Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures for serving alcoholic drinks including state/federal regulations pertaining to the distribution of alcohol. Responsible to learn or have knowledge of various beer, wine & spirits and be able to provide details to guests. Must be able to pass the Wisconsin State Liquor License background check. Request additional product or restock product and various bar tasks. Maintain clean and sanitary work station at all times. Ensure bar equipment is clean & well maintained. Requirements of the BarBack . Bar Back role is $15.00 plus tips Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Assist Bar Staff with stocking bar and manager with various associated duties. Perfect role for someone who like to keep moving and wants to learn the bar world but not necessarily face to face with customers or wants to segway to Bartender/Server later. Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment. Must be able to pass a criminal background check MUST be 18 years old at time of hire
