- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed Requirements
- Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and various drink recipes
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons
- Familiarity with retail math for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including banquet or fine dining settings
