Full Job Description Bartender Job Description PURPOSE:

As the Bartender you will be responsible for ensuring that guests get top quality drinks in a clean and safe environment while executing Oakfire's Service Philosophy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Executes Oakfire's Guest Service Methodology. Reports to work as scheduled, in uniform, well groomed, and ready to be in position. Maintains a professional appearance at all times. Maintains professional relationships with all coworkers. Execute against checklists and standard operating procedures. Ensure a positive mental attitude and greet all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness Performs side work and finds ways to help the team during non-busy hours Maintains full knowledge of menus, drinks, recipes, and other pertinent information while increasing knowledge of food, beverages, and other products and services. Ensures that guests have a positive and memorable experience at Oakfire. Ensure the bar team is informed and focused on daily priorities via pre and post shift meetings as well as necessary shift notes/logs. Be a subject matter expert in all areas of the bar operations to provide effective leadership at the bar. Ensure all cash handling processes and procedures are being followed Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

1+ year server experience in customer service, hospitality industry. Ability to remain resilient under pressure. Ability to work well in a teamwork-centric environment. Ability to make quality and timely decisions. Great communication and organizational skills. Thrives in a fast pace environment and is able to work 6+ hours on their feet.
