Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and foster repeat business Manage bar operations efficiently by processing cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as CAKE POS or Micros POS Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate stock shortages promptly Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management skills during busy service hours Experience Proven bartending experience in fine dining, casual dining, or nightclub settings with a strong focus on customer service Demonstrated knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail creation, wine varieties, brewing processes, and spirits Experience working with POS systems such as CAKE POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Background in food service or restaurant environments with familiarity in food handling and safety protocols Ability to manage cash handling accurately while maintaining professionalism during high-volume periods Strong math skills for retail math calculations including change processing and beverage portioning Previous experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus, along with familiarity with beverage recipe development and food safety standards Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your passion for hospitality shines!
