Job Description

PART-TIME BARTENDER
Timber Tap Taproom & Brewery | Kimberly, WI Timber Tap Taproom & Brewery is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented bartender to join our team. We are a locally owned taproom and brewery offering a rotating selection of craft beer, specialty cocktails, and community events in a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and able to provide excellent service while confidently managing the responsibilities of a shift. Previous bartending experience and craft beer knowledge are preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, takes pride in great service, and helps make Timber Tap a place people genuinely enjoy spending time!
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service Prepare and serve craft beer, cocktails, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages Perform food preparation Learn our beverage offerings and make thoughtful recommendations Accurately operate the POS system and handle cash and card transactions Complete opening and closing responsibilities Change kegs, restock products, and maintain necessary supplies Keep the bar, taproom, and outdoor service areas clean and organized Work effectively both independently and alongside other team members Assist during busy shifts, private gatherings, and special events
Qualifications:
Must be 21+ years old Dependable, professional, and comfortable engaging with customers Able to remain organized and attentive in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Willing to complete cleaning, stocking, opening, and closing duties Able to safely lift and move heavier items, inlcuding kegs Previous bartending or customer service experience is preferred
Availability:
Applicants must have Friday and Saturday availability, including evening and closing shifts. Additional availability on weekday evenings, Sundays, and during special events is preferred. If you enjoy great beer, great people, and a relaxed taproom vibe, we'd love to hear from you!
Pay:
$10.00 - $11.00 per hour
