SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Greeting guests promptly and proactively with a warm welcome Creating a comfortable, relaxing and fun atmosphere Ensuring proper portioning and recipe use for drinks and mixes Responsible for keeping bar storage areas clean at all times and proper handling of glasses Responsible for stocking all areas of the bar and following proper rotating procedures Maintaining complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and DWI Maintaining stock, supplies, and cleanliness of bar and equipment This is a casual part-time position. Hours will vary between 3:00 pm and 12:00 am. Weekends are required. Skills/Requirements Candidates must be 18 years or older to apply Previous bartending experience required with wine knowledge highly preferred Bartending experience within a fine dining restaurant is required Candidate must obtain or be able to obtain a bartending license to be considered for this role.
