Job Description
Reports To:
Bar Manager / General Manager Position Summary Crafts drinks, serves guests at the bar, manages bar inventory and cleanliness, and delivers a consistently great guest experience. Key Responsibilities- Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to recipe and quality standards.
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable service to bar guests; check IDs and serve responsibly.
- Operate the POS, accept payments, and reconcile cash and tickets.
- Stock, organize, and clean the bar throughout the shift.
- Comply with all alcohol service laws, brand standards, and house policies.
- Support servers with drink orders and assist barbacks as needed. Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume tavern, bar, or restaurant preferred.
- Active ServSafe certification (current and valid).
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lb and be on their feet for 8 hours or more per shift.
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
