In this fast-paced, guest-focused position, you will prepare and serve drinks, take food orders, deliver meals, and provide attentive service from start to finish. The ideal candidate is energetic, friendly, and thrives in a team-oriented environment while delivering outstanding hospitality to every guest. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver food and drinks to guests while ensuring quality presentation and customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering menu questions, and making recommendations. Operate POS systems accurately to enter orders, process payments, and complete transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and dining area. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, cleaning, and restocking. Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth and timely service. Handle multiple tables and bar guests efficiently during busy service periods. Qualifications Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience preferred. Knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and basic bartending techniques is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
