Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations and policies Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow Handle cash transactions accurately Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food service Uphold food safety standards related to food handling and beverage preparation in a hospitality environment Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple guests promptly Skills Proven experience in food service, bar or supper club experience preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems for efficient sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Effective time management skills to handle high-volume periods seamlessly Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order calculations Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Ability to work night shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced hospitality setting Join us as a vital part of our team where your enthusiasm fuels memorable moments!
