Bartender The Gin Mill is looking for a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused bartender to join our team. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, provides attentive service, and can stay organized in a busy bar environment.

Pay:

$80-$200 per day, that includes applicable tips Employment type: Both Full Time and Part Time workers

Flexible scheduling available Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service Take food and beverage orders and process payments accurately Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar Verify identification and follow applicable alcohol-service requirements Practice responsible alcohol service Maintain accurate cash, credit card, and customer tabs Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking Follow company safety, sanitation, and operating procedures Provide efficient service during busy shifts and special events Contribute to a welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests Qualifications Previous bartending or customer-service experience is preferred Must meet all applicable legal requirements for serving alcohol Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable and punctual Able to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, dependable, and comfortable interacting with a variety of guests.
