JOIN THE COURT MVP TEAM

Court MVP is a luxury sports bar bringing together elevated hospitality, great food and cocktails, and an energetic sports-driven atmosphere. As we prepare to reopen in October 2026, we're looking for polished, personable, and experienced Bartenders and Servers to join our team. We're looking for hospitality professionals who understand that exceptional customer service is at the heart of a great guest experience. Training is included as part of our onboarding process.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous bartending or serving experience preferred Exceptional customer service and communication skills Warm, attentive, and personable approach to guest interactions Professional appearance and demeanor Positive, team-first attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Reliable and punctual Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and special events Ability to remain composed and attentive during busy service

BARTENDER RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Accurately process orders and payments Follow responsible alcohol service and health & safety standards Communicate effectively with servers, management, and kitchen staff Maintain a polished and professional presence throughout service

SERVER RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, attentive, and professional service Create a welcoming experience from the moment guests are seated Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders Maintain knowledge of menu items, cocktails, and specials Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional customer service Communicate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas Accurately handle payments and close guest checks
