Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to ensure a memorable experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Toast Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest satisfaction Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption responsibly Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify guest identification as required Coordinate food and beverage service during events or busy periods Handle cash handling efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales reporting Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or catering environments with a strong foundation in mixology and beverage presentation Knowledge of POS systems such as Toast Experience with beverage recipe development and crafting innovative cocktails Familiarity with wine knowledge, spirits, brewing processes, and craft beer trends Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Previous food service experience including serving, food handling, and cashiering is highly desirable Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and accurate order processing Experience working in hospitality industry settings such as restaurants, bars, or banquet facilities is preferred Join us if you're passionate about creating exceptional drink experiences while delivering top-tier hospitality!
