Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create a lively, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and understanding of fine dining and nightlife environments will ensure every guest has a memorable experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Process cash transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods. Develop new beverage recipes and recommend drink pairings to elevate guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management promptly. Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs and managing guest intoxication levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist in bar management duties when required, including scheduling and training new team members. Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer brewing processes. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in high-energy environments like nightclubs or fine dining establishments. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours without compromising quality or speed. Experience in food handling, food safety procedures, and proper beverage presentation standards. Ability to develop innovative beverage recipes that appeal to diverse tastes while maintaining consistency. Previous restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred, especially in bartending roles involving food service or banquet settings. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math for inventory management. Knowledge of beverage laws related to alcohol service and responsible alcohol serving practices. Pay:
$22.21 - $26.75 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 24.0 per week
