Tacos & Tequila West Allis, Wisconsin There was once a retired luchador who traveled the world. He saw things. He ate things. He drank things. He collected stories, recipes, questionable souvenirs, and several excellent ideas. Eventually, he decided to open a restaurant. That restaurant is El Impostor. We simply happen to serve tacos & tequila. (and the occasional nod to a life spent traveling the world in a mask) Now, we are looking for a few awesome people to join the cast.

THE POSITIONS BAR MANAGER A

person capable of running a bar, leading a team, remembering things, and maintaining a respectable relationship with tequila.

BARTENDERS

People who know their way around a cocktail, a bottle, and a conversation. Fast hands are useful. Good stories are strongly encouraged. SERVERS Calm under pressure. Curious by nature. Comfortable explaining things that sound familiar but aren't quite what people expected. HOSTS The first impression. The keeper of the door. The person who knows where everyone is supposed to be, even when nobody else does.

FOOD RUNNERS

Fast. Observant. Reliable. Able to carry several tacos through a room without eating any of them.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You are: — Hospitality-minded— A little unusual, in a good way— Serious about doing a good job— Comfortable around tequila— Kind to coworkers— Interested in food, drinks, people, or some combination thereof— Not afraid of a restaurant that takes its tacos seriously without taking itself too seriously Previous restaurant experience is appreciated. A personality is also appreciated. A mysterious past is acceptable. If you think you belong in the story, we'd like to meet you.
