Duties Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages Process cash and card transactions accurately using our POS system Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to the bar menu Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food service when needed during busy hours Handle multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills in a high-energy setting Requirements Experience as a bartender is a plus but not required. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally is required. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to customers and to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and inventory management Per Wisconsin Law you must be at least 18 yrs old to serve alcohol.
