Our ideal candidate is reliable, honest, productive, polite, fun and organized The 5 Ps of bartending, generally defined as Preparation, Precision, Presentation, Personality, and Professionalism , are key principles to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction. Mastering these skills—from organization to personal flair—is crucial for crafting high-quality cocktails and creating an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Preparing beverages for guests in a timely manner Interacting with guests in a pleasant manner Checking guests' identifications to make sure they meet minimum age requirements Maintaining a clean bar and workspace Restocking the bar Qualifications Basic knowledge on serving, mixing, garnishing of standard drinks Above and beyond communication skills with both coworkers and guests Ability to maintain a clean and organized bar Bar training certificate Bartending experience not required, but a plus We are looking forward to receiving your application.
