Duties Prepare and serve a diverse selection of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and build lasting relationships. Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, processing cash and card transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates based on current trends and guest preferences. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management proactively. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to ensure guest safety. Experience Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within the hospitality industry, preferably with fine dining or banquet settings. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and brewing processes. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions seamlessly. Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently while maintaining high-quality service. Experience in beverage recipe development and creative mixology to keep offerings fresh and appealing. Background in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments with retail math skills for accurate cash handling.
