Duties Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently Assist in food prep and station setup to maintain smooth kitchen operations Serve food and beverages efficiently while engaging with guests in a friendly manner Mix and serve cocktails, craft beer, wine, and other beverages following established recipes or creating new ones Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handle cash safely, and balance registers at shift end Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all areas of food handling and beverage service Support bar management by managing inventory levels, restocking supplies, and assisting with beverage recipe development Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally Qualifications Proven experience in food service roles such as line cook, prep staff, server, or bartender; fine dining experience is a plus Knowledge of POS systems including
TOAST POS
; experience with cash handling and processing transactions a plus. Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Familiarity with beverage preparation including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and craft beer experience Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic math skills for retail math, food handling calculations, and cash register balancing Experience in hospitality industry settings such as restaurants or catering environments preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding dining experiences!
