Job Description
The beautiful Lakeview Bar & Grill in Shell Lake is hiring! We are looking to add friendly, dependable team members to our serving staff. We are primarily hiring for evenings and weekends, but we understand life happens and are happy to work around schedules. It doesn't have to be every weekend. We are looking for great people, and flexibility goes both ways. Lakeview is a fast-paced, family-friendly restaurant with established systems and an experienced team. With nearly 15 years in business, we have years of sales history that allows us to schedule appropriately for busy and slower times. Our goal is to set our team up for success by providing the support and staffing needed to deliver great service. Successful candidates should enjoy working with people, stay positive under pressure, and take pride in providing outstanding customer service. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take initiative, communicate well, and enjoy being part of a team. Experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
