Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bartender/Manager to lead our bar operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink. Develop new beverage recipes and seasonal menus to keep offerings fresh and engaging for guests. Manage daily bar operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards aligned with food safety regulations. Lead and motivate the bar team by providing training on POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, as well as customer service best practices. Oversee cash handling procedures, processing transactions accurately while maintaining accountability for all financial activities. Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and food safety standards across all shifts. Foster a lively yet responsible environment by managing night club or banquet experience when applicable, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction at all times. Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Strong knowledge of beverage recipe development, mixology techniques, wine expertise, and spirits knowledge. Proven ability to manage time effectively in busy settings while balancing multiple responsibilities seamlessly. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences in fine dining or hospitality environments. Experience in food service or restaurant management with familiarity in food handling, catering, banquet operations, or nightclub settings. Skilled in cash handling, retail math, basic math skills for inventory management and sales tracking. Knowledge of food safety practices and alcohol regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
