Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly and energetic manner, providing personalized recommendations and enhancing their overall experience. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies efficiently, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Process cash transactions accurately using Toast POS; handle cash with integrity. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate service during busy hours, including catering events or banquets. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to enhance our drink menu offerings. Skills Experience with POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and spirits. Ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume setting. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that fosters guest loyalty. Experience in food service environments ; familiarity with food handling and safety protocols. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and beverage portioning accurately.
