Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash and credit payments efficiently. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance the guest experience. Restock bar supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service events like banquets or catering functions to deliver seamless service. Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer brewing processes. Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest loyalty. Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Solid understanding of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures in a hospitality environment. Ability to perform basic math accurately for retail math calculations such as change making and inventory management.
