Duties Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote repeat business. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Process cash transactions accurately using Shift4 POS, handle cash handling duties efficiently. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates to keep offerings fresh and exciting. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and address any issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience in bartending within hospitality industry experience preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and spirits. Familiarity with Shift4 POS systems for processing transactions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills. Experience with beverage recipe development and understanding of beverage trends in the hospitality industry. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
