Job Description
Par 4 Resort is looking for energetic, polished, and customer-focused Banquet Bartenders to join our dynamic events team. In this role, you will be the life of the party delivering exceptional beverage service for weddings, corporate galas, private banquets, and golf outings. Key Responsibilities:
Set up, stock, and maintain pristine portable and permanent banquet bars according to event specifications. Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and consistently, following standard recipes and portion controls. Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service to all event guests and wedding parties. Process guest payments accurately using the POS system (cash, credit, and tab management) where applicable. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the event, completing thorough teardown, restocking, and closing duties at the end of each shift. Collaborate seamlessly with banquet servers, kitchen staff, and event coordinators to ensure flawless event execution.Qualifications & Skills:
Bartending experience preferred but not required Valid bartender licensing or certification as required by Wisconsin state/local regulations (ServSafe Alcohol or equivalent preferred). Ability to work flexible, high-demand hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the resort event calendar. A positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to hustle with a smile.What We Offer:
