Bartender

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will have the opportunity to showcase your bartending skills and creativity while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Ensure accurate cash handling and process payments using cash registers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor alcohol consumption and enforce responsible drinking guidelines
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of various drink recipes, including cocktails, beers, and wines
• Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers
• Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of beverages
• Experience in banquet or event bartending is a plus
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
