In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and craft beers, while delivering outstanding customer experiences. Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and craft beers, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, process transactions efficiently, and handle cash with precision. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering beverage recommendations based on preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Assist in food service when needed by serving meals or snacks to guests in a timely manner. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to the bar's creative offerings to enhance guest satisfaction. Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously through effective time management skills while maintaining a lively and energetic atmosphere. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or server in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining or banquet experience. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Demonstrated expertise in mixology, spirits knowledge, wine pairing, and craft beer; ability to develop unique beverage recipes. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and the ability to engage diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling practices, and basic math for retail math and cash management. Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
