Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages Well aware-of time management and attention distribution between bar customers and dinning room servers. Interact with customers, taking food orders Assess customer's needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Capable of carrying beer, wine and ice Qualifications Proven working experience as a fine-dining bartender Excellent knowledge of mixology Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Relevant training certificate We are looking forward to reading your application.
