$13 - $13.50 per hour Job Overview Prepare and serve alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, interact with customers, and ensure an excellent guest experience. This position requires adherence to all food and beverage regulations and maintaining a well-organized, stocked, and clean bar area.
Key Responsibilities Drink Preparation and Service:
Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. Plan and present the bar menu.
Customer Interaction:
Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks. Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations. Check customers' identification to confirm it meets the legal drinking age. Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
Inventory and Cleanliness:
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Ensure the bar is organized, stocked, and clean at all times.
Compliance:
Comply with all food and beverage regulations. Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by the manager/ supervisor. Cash Handeling Qualifications Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender. Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Computer literacy. Knowledge of a second language is a plus. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean. Relevant training certificate.
