Bartender West Bend Country Club - West Bend, WI West Bend Country Club is seeking experienced, motivated Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team. As a premier private golf club, we pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality bar and dining experience supported by a strong team, an elevated beverage program, and a loyal membership. Position Overview The Bartender plays an important role in creating a welcoming, polished, and consistent experience for our members and guests. In addition to preparing beverages, our Bartenders help set the tone of the bar and support the overall flow of service throughout the dining room. At West Bend Country Club, we value both efficiency and genuine hospitality, and our Bartenders are key to delivering both. What You'll Be Doing (Bartender) Prepare cocktails, wine, and beverages with consistency and attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar Engage members in a warm, professional, and approachable manner Support dining room beverage service with efficiency and awareness Anticipate guest needs and maintain strong awareness of the bar and surrounding floor Communicate clearly with servers, management, and kitchen to support service flow Follow all responsible alcohol service standards Maintain professionalism during busy service periods Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following: Must be at least 21 years of age Previous bartending experience is required and should be clearly reflected on your resume ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Ability to work longer shifts, including evenings and weekends Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment We kindly ask that applicants include their bartending experience on their resume so we can better understand their background.
