Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. This role requires proficiency in various POS systems, including Aloha and Micros, as well as a solid understanding of food safety and handling practices. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Manage cash handling processes accurately, including processing payments through POS systems like Aloha and Micros. Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Participate in special events such as banquets or catering services as needed. Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
