Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of beverage preparation and service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service, crafting delicious drinks, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while ensuring customer satisfaction will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting in restocking as needed. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests. Assist with banquet services as required, including setting up bars for special events. Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the food industry, and local craft brews to enhance guest experiences. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Knowledge of hospitality principles and practices is essential for success in this role. Familiarity with brewing processes and food safety standards is advantageous. Experience with cash handling and retail math skills is beneficial for managing transactions effectively. A background in the food industry or banquet services can enhance your ability to thrive in this position.
