Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a versatile Food Service Professional, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across multiple positions including bartenders, managers, cooks, dish and bus staff, food runners, and pizza makers. All roles are paid positions that offer opportunities for growth within a vibrant food industry setting. Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages as a skilled bartender, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to safety standards Lead restaurant operations as a manager by supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth daily workflows Cook a variety of menu items with precision, including grilling, braising, poaching, and food preparation that meets recipe adherence and food safety protocols Maintain cleanliness by dishwashing and sanitizing kitchen equipment and dining areas following food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with food presentation and timely delivery of dishes as a food runner or pizza maker to ensure guest satisfaction Support kitchen operations through food handling, operating kitchen equipment safely, and managing high-volume production efficiently Collaborate with team members to plan menus that meet dietary needs while maintaining high standards of quality and flavor Experience Previous food industry experience including restaurant service or catering roles is highly desirable Demonstrated culinary experience with skills in grilling, braising, poaching, and other cooking techniques such as knife skills and meal preparation Familiarity with food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures in a fast-paced environment Experience in menu planning or dietary department work is a plus Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in high-volume production settings Strong food handling skills complemented by knowledge of food safety standards across various culinary disciplines Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in a hospitality or restaurant setting Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to culinary excellence! Pay:
