Bartender

Overview Looking for both experienced and inexperienced talent to add to our roster. Knowledge of safe-serving, beer knowledge, liquor knowledge, and responsible beverage service is a must. We will train the right passionate candidates, but looking for efficient, multi-tasking, and personable staff.

MUST HAVE SOME PERSONALITY.

Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and well-stocked. Engage with customers, taking their orders accurately while providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments through the POS system. Monitor customer behavior and ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed. Uphold the highest standards of food handling and safety practices at all times. Experience Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred, with a strong understanding of beverage preparation techniques. Familiarity with any point-of-sale systems is a plus. Excellent time management skills, enabling you to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of sales techniques to promote specials and upsell menu items effectively. Cocktails, import and craft beer! A commitment to hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated. Cash handling experience is essential for managing transactions accurately.
