Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Part Time Server/Bartender 15-20 hours a week, weekends and nights required, where your enthusiasm and hospitality expertise will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you'll serve food and beverages with a focus on exceptional customer service, craft innovative cocktails, and manage bar and dining area operations efficiently. Duties Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options while adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Manage cash transactions efficiently, process payments, and handle cash handling responsibilities with precision. Provide expert recommendations on beverage selections, including beverage recipe development and mixology techniques to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards. Engage with guests to ensure excellent customer service, address concerns promptly, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Support bar management by assisting with inventory control, restocking supplies, and tracking sales data for continuous improvement. Skills Proven experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality industry roles with a focus on fine dining or nightlife environments such as nightclubs or banquet settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing orders and transactions seamlessly. Expertise in mixology, spirits knowledge, wine pairing, beverage recipe development, and craft beer experience to craft memorable drinks. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods. Demonstrated ability in customer service with a friendly attitude and strong communication skills to engage diverse guests. Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and basic math skills for accurate bill calculation and retail math understanding. Experience in catering or event service environments is a plus; knowledge of bar management practices is beneficial.
