Job Description

Job Title:
Server/Bartender Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager Pete Dye Golf Club is seeking a professional and personable morning Bartender/Server to provide exceptional food and beverage service to our members and guests. This role requires a high level of hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming, refined experience in a private club setting. This position combines both bartending and table service responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Greet members and guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with club standards Take and serve food orders accurately and efficiently in the bar, dining room, and event areas Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and club events Pick-up and deliver food orders from the kitchen, making sure to communicate with the Chef regarding any special preferences or allergy information. Clear tables, prep for future service, and assist with setup, service, and teardown of all Club hosted special events. Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and verify identification when required Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area Process member charges, cash, and credit card transactions accurately Communicate effectively with kitchen, golf, and clubhouse staff Assist with private events, tournaments, banquets, and member functions Follow all health, safety, and club policies at all times
Qualifications:
Previous bartending and/or serving experience in a mid-range to high-end restaurant is required; private club experience a plus Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Availability to work mornings, weekends, holidays, and tournament days Must meet legal requirements to serve alcohol

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
