Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and delivering beverages promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Operate cash registers for processing payments, including cash handling and credit card transactions. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary. Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experiences. Experience Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment. Familiarity with cash registers and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Knowledge of food service practices and food handling regulations is an asset. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus but not mandatory. A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills to foster positive guest interactions.
