Job Description
Big Timber Brewing Company in Elkins, WV is looking for one bartender to join our 16 person strong team. We are located on 2 Davis Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. No prior bartending experience needed. We also have a satellite location in Davis WV and looking to fully staff that location as well. No prior bartending or service experience needed. Responsibilities Pour and maintain a clean, safe var throughout the night. Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations. Keep a lively demeanor and interact with guests. Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Clean and close bars and attend to cleaning tasks at night end
