Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pro Shop Attendant and Bartender, where you'll be the friendly face behind the counter and the lively spirit of our venue. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage sales transactions, serve food and beverages, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Whether assisting with retail sales or serving drinks at the bar, your enthusiasm will drive guest satisfaction and contribute to a vibrant community hub. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with safety standards and company policies, including brewing specialty beverages when applicable. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and sales transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records of all sales. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items, merchandise, or venue amenities with enthusiasm and professionalism. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, retail shop, and dining space in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies, monitoring product levels, and conducting basic math calculations for ordering needs. Assist in pulling carts in and out of the cart barn, when needed. Clean and stock pro-shop Experience Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while multitasking across duties such as serving, cashiering, and bartending.
Pay:
$10.00 - $15.00 per hour
