Locally owned and operated American Cuisine full service restaurant looking for reliable, experienced daytime bartender/servers.

Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Service Greeting and Seating:

Welcoming guests, assisting them to their seat.

Order Taking:

Accurately taking food and drink orders, answering menu-related questions, and making recommendations.

Serving:

Delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and efficiently.

Addressing Needs:

Ensuring guests have everything they need, such as refilling drinks, providing condiments, and addressing any special requests or concerns.

Customer Satisfaction:

Soliciting feedback, handling complaints professionally, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.

Payment Handling:

Presenting bills, processing payments, and handling cash and credit card transactions. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
