Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Daytime Bartender to join our team. Our daytime bartenders are responsible for running the bar and liquor store from the hours of 10am to 6pm. Must be dependable, friendly, able to multitask, and keep an accurate til. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems to process orders, payments, and cash transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to all legal regulations and company policies. Requirements Familiarity with POS systems is highly preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy daytime hours. Previous experience in hospitality industry settings is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper cash handling techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for diverse guests. Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Basic math skills for accurate cash processing and retail math understanding for sales transactions.
