Job Description

Guest Services:
Delivers exceptional service by consistently exceeding member and guest expectations. Warmly greets members and guests upon arrival and assists with unloading golf bags and related equipment. Welcomes players back after their round and provides club cleaning and storage assistance.
Practice Facility & Course Setup:
Sets up, monitors, and breaks down all practice areas, including the warm-up range, short game area, and learning center range. Maintains a clean and organized environment across all practice facilities, ensuring all guest needs are promptly met.
Golf Cart & Equipment Management:
Stages golf carts in a clean, organized manner for member and guest use. Assists in the upkeep of the golf cart fleet, including cleaning, charging, and basic maintenance. Ensures golf bags are properly stored in designated bag stalls.
Facility Maintenance & Team Support:
Keeps the cart barn and bag room clean, organized, and professionally maintained. Performs all opening and closing duties as directed by the Golf Professional Staff. Collaborates with teammates to deliver high-quality service across all touchpoints of the golf operation. Delivers exceptional service by consistently exceeding member and guest expectations.
