Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival Assist guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Handle guest requests, with professionalism and a positive attitude Be able to multi-tasks and maintain clean bellman areas Physical stamina, ability to lift, push, and pull heavy suitcases and stand or walk for long shifts.
