Description Crescent Hotels & Resorts invites you to embark on an exciting journey as a Bellperson for the spectacular Remi Hotel, a new build Autograph Collection. Nestled in the pulsating heart of downtown Scottsdale's Entertainment District, this 161-room gem combines classic western elements with bold, modern motifs, redefining the desert aesthetic and attitude. It's five food and beverage outlets range from a 1940's inspired café on the ground level to a seductive Miami-style rooftop pool deck and bar reflective of the orange groves of Morocco.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist all guests with luggage, transporting luggage to and from guest rooms as requested while providing excellent brand standard customer service. Explain all hotel facilities to arriving guests, their locations in the hotel and hours of operation, to include fire exits and safety features of the hotel. Remain in the front of the hotel and lobby area when on duty and not assisting a guest. Maintain the front of the hotel and the lobby area for cleanliness, such as trash removal, mopping up spills, sweeping up trash, emptying trash cans, as needed. Deliver messages and packages and mail to guests as needed. Maintain the traffic flow at all times in the front of the hotel. Ensure safety measures are followed for area. Available to work on a regular basis.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
One year hotel bellperson experience preferred. Marriott brand and service knowledge is highly preferred. Ability to communicate in English.
