Ability to operate golf cart in professional and safe manner within guidelines provided. Greet and assist all golfers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Promote Cache Creek Casino Resort in a positive manner. Tow carts to and from cart storage facility. Assist with tournament setup. Have complete knowledge of golf course and Club House amenities. Handle all tender (sales) transactions accurately. Maintain professional demeanor at all times. Practice RICH Core Values. Practice appropriate golf etiquette and communicate effectively what is required to guests. Setup cart daily with all supplies. Stock and re-stock with supplies. Maintain clean and well organized cart and service area. Practice all sequence of service standards correctly. Operate the Point of Sale system according to training provided. Practice approved guest service skills. Practice all sanitation standards. Practice all "TIPS" alcohol awareness policies and procedures. Utilize "up-selling" techniques. Participate in all company approved training classes. Practice all safety rules of the golf course. Engage with guests. Work scheduled shift/s as posted. Interface with management to insure that the highest level of quality service is provided. Record daily guest comments related to requests and service. Attend meetings as assigned. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations. Friendly and outgoing. Experience and/or Education Must have knowledge and an understanding of the basic golf etiquettes and six months related experience or training working Age Requirement Must be at least 21 years of age. Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to guests and employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
