Responsibilities:
What You'll Do Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to all pool guests Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, cabanas, and furniture Ensure guests are promptly offered amenities such as cold towels, water, and refreshments Monitor and manage pool towel inventory (distribution and collection) Partner with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Spa teams to ensure seamless service Greet and acknowledge guests by name whenever possible to elevate the experience Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times Assist with ongoing upkeep including cleaning furniture, cushions, and surrounding areas Support special projects and operational needs as directed by leadership What We're Looking For Strong guest service mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Excellent communication and follow-up skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Team player with a "do whatever it takes" attitude
Qualifications:
