Job Description

Rare opportunity to join an established, high-end concierge/membership medicine practice as a successor-track physician, with a path to eventually take over the practice as owner
Join as an employed physician with a defined path to practice ownership " current owner will remain involved to support a smooth transition before fully stepping back. This time frame is fluid and could be as little as 6 months to a couple of years.
No buy-in cost to become owner " the ownership transition is financed through a third party, not an upfront payment from the incoming physician
Cash-pay membership model " no insurance billing
High End Executive physicals make up roughly a third of practice revenue
Seeing 1-5 patients per day
Light call burden " largely a 9-to-5 practice with minimal after-hours demands
Base compensation of approximately $300,000+/year during the transition period (roughly 1-2 years)
Projected income potential of no less than $400,000, with potential of $500k+ once transitioned to full ownership, with continued upside as membership grows About the Location Indian Wells sits in the heart of the Coachella Valley, nestled against the Santa Rosa Mountains between Palm Desert and La Quinta.

Qualifications

MD or DO " Internal Medicine or Family Medicine background considered
Open to both recent residency graduates (academic, earnest, eager to learn the practice's approach) and seasoned physicians
US medical school preferred
Strong diagnostic clinician focused on identifying root causes, not just managing symptoms
Strong conventional medicine foundation, with openness to data-supported adjunct therapies (hyperbaric, stem cell, functional medicine)
Strong bedside manner " practice emphasizes "unconditional positive regard" and treating patients like family, not transactional visits
