Responsibilities:

Greet all hotel guests and visitors as the enter the drive, opening car and lobby doors Assist arriving and departing guests with their luggage, including loading/unloading their car Communicate closely with the Front Desk to ensure proper luggage delivery and retrieval Assist all guests and visitors with property directions Ensure bags are securely placed in the bell room or guest room, tracking all bags, and delivering to appropriate guest room Manage hotel rental items (bikes, surfboards, etc.), ensuring all rented items have a corresponding waiver Maintain a clean work environment (sweeping the drive, cleaning the key room/podium area)

Qualifications and Skills:

Valid Drivers License with no marks on record Superior professionalism, organization, and communication skills Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously 1+ year of customer service experience preferred 18 years of age or older Availibility flexible is a

MUST Physical Demands:

Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, rain, etc. Ability to lift, push and pull at least 30 pounds. Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
