LOCATION

SUMMARY The Golf Service Coordinator ("Coordinador de Servicios de Golf") assists in the coordination of group golf tournaments and golf-related activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Provides a positive, professional appearance and demeanor to our guests. Promotes the allotted tee times for maximum usage. Ensures non-desired tee times are returned to the golf course within prescribed time frames. Serves as a liaison with TPCC and golf course staff to ensure a seamless golf experience for our guests. Assist Lodge guests with reservations and transportation for other golf courses. Assists in the coordination for the ordering and delivering of food and beverage on the golf course for in-house guests and tournaments. Provides shoe cleaning, golf club cleaning and bag storage services for our guests. Ensures the golf service facilities are well-maintained. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team. Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS 1-2
years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A combination of experience, education, and/or training may be substituted for either requirement. Previous similar position in a golf course, hotel, or similar business entity preferred. Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required. Must have an unexpired and valid driver's license with no recent violations. Ability to always maintain a friendly, professional, team-oriented, positive demeanor and diplomatic attitude, especially under stress or challenges. Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods of time, up to and including, the entire shift and lift up to 100 lbs. The following position will be filled in accordance with the process set forth in California Labor Code Section 2810.8 and San Diego Municipal Code 311.0101 et. seq. •The pay scale posted is the salary or hourly wage range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position during the first year of employment. The posted range does NOT include potential additional types of compensation, such as gratuities, service charges, commissions, or bonuses. Actual compensation offered may fluctuate based on qualifications and/or experience.
