Job Description
Overview The Outside Services Attendant is an essential member of the Golf Operations team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to club members and their guests while supporting the daily operation of the golf course. This role serves as one of the first and last points of contact for golfers and requires a professional, welcoming, and attentive approach. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a polished and seamless experience through exceptional attention to detail, immaculate presentation, and a genuine commitment to hospitality. Responsibilities include golf bag handling, cart preparation and staging, practice-range support, and maintaining clean, organized, and inviting outdoor service areas. Success in this position requires reliability, teamwork, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate the needs of members and guests while consistently upholding the elevated standards of a premier private golf club. Essential Responsibilities Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional, and genuine attitude from arrival through exit . Support the "Play the Game" experience by providing attentive service at every touchpoint of the golfer's visit. Assist with golf bags, including receiving, staging, transporting, storing, and returning them with care. Prepare, clean, stage, and maintain golf carts so they are always ready for play. Support the practice range by keeping it clean, organized, and ready for members and guests. Anticipate member needs and provide timely, courteous assistance throughout their visit. Maintain clean, organized, and professional-looking golf service areas. Work as part of the Golf Operations team to ensure a smooth and seamless experience from arrival, to play, to exit . Treat members, guests, coworkers, and club property with respect, professionalism, and care. Uphold the club's standards of service, presentation, safety, and hospitality. Perform additional duties as needed to support the overall "Play the Game" experience.
